Speeder Kids Running Club (SKRC)

Schock Fitness also engages young athletes through the Speeder Kids Running Club. This 6-week program is designed for children from kindergarten through fifth grade to build stamina, agility, and endurance. Participants focus on enhancing their running skills and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
