At Schock Fitness & Pilates, we're proud to offer small group Pilates classes designed to empower individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Mondays

9am: Online Cardio & Strength with Rebecca (65yo+ clients)
6pm: Integration with Darcy

Thursdays

5pm: Integration with Kat
6pm: Integration with Kat

Tuesdays

5pm: Integration with Kat
6pm: Foundations with Kat

Fridays

9am: Online Cardio, Strength and Core with Rebecca (65yo+ clients)

Wednesdays

9am: Online Cardio, Strength & Mat with Rebecca (65yo+ clients)

Saturdays

8:30-9:15am: Online Mat Pilates with Rebecca (all ages)
9am: Integration with Kat
10am: Integration with Kat
