Schock Fitness Class Schedule

At Schock Fitness & Pilates, we're proud to offer small group Pilates classes designed to empower individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. Mondays

9am: Online Cardio & Strength with Rebecca (65yo+ clients)

Saturdays

9am: Integration with Barbara
10am: Integration with Barbara

Tuesdays

5pm: Integration with Barbara
6pm: Integration with Barbara

Fridays

9am: Online Cardio, Strength and Core with Rebecca (65yo+ clients)
