At Schock Fitness LLC, we have a very comprehensive approach to Pilates, 1:1 personal and small group training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you – your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. We also take into account your age, body composition, and gender to develop a fitness plan tailored to your specific health and fitness goals. After we design your exercise regimen, we’ll still be by your side to support you, motivate you and help you reach your goals.

The exercise plan we will design for you is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. 2019 Pilates, 1:1 Personal & Duet Training Pricing Structure
$50.00/ 35 minute session
$60.00/ 45 minute session
$70.00/ 1 hour session
Discounts can be received by signing up for multiple training sessions per week. The discount will be determined once the number of training sessions per week is identified. A 5% discount is applied for 6 training sessions. These 6 sessions have a maximum of 6 weeks to be completed. A 10% discount is applied for 12 training sessions. These sessions have a a maximum of 10 weeks to be completed. Pricing may also vary depending on distance to a client's residence.
