Meet Rebecca Schock De Pasquale
Owner, Comprehensive Master Level I-V Certified Pilates Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

From the days of my youth riding bikes, playing little league, softball, basketball, swimming, diving and playing college level lacrosse - fitness has been a big part of
my life. With 2 Marathons and 7 Half-Marathons under my belt, running has been
my passion sport for the last 15 years.

After college I became a group certified fitness instructor.  Having fallen in love with group fitness, I decided to take my fitness career one step further to pursue 
an ACE Personal Training certification. Since then, I have helped hundreds of personal training clients and fitness class members achieve their goals towards
better health & wellness.

Schock Fitness was founded in 2005, offering both in-home personal training and group fitness classes.  From 2005- 2018, Schock Fitness offered a wide variety of classes from Strength & Core Balance to Zumba, with the majority of the classes being focused on the mature adult population: individuals 50 and over.

Schock Fitness's primary focus is on Pilates, personal, and small group training.  In May of 2022, I have completed the Body Precision Comprehensive Advanced Pilates Training program.  This process took me 5 years to complete 8 modules.  Pilates can be a very vigorous workout as well as a gentle way to stretch, strengthen and lengthen the entire body through safe non-impactful movement.  With proper guidance and training, Pilates can be a done by anyone of varying fitness levels from a beginner to the most experienced athlete and each type of person can get a proper workout that is fit for them.

For most, moderation is the key to success and I make it my job to introduce, encourage and lead by example with a healthy lifestyle.

SGT classes provide smaller, intimate class sizes with more individualized attention than a regular group fitness class. Rebecca can tailor the workout experience to reach a common
goal within the group.

At Schock Fitness LLC, we have a very comprehensive approach to Pilates, 1:1 personal and small group training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you – your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. We also take into account your age, body composition, and gender to develop a fitness plan tailored to your specific health and fitness goals.
